Incident reporting for Odix Care employees

As a disability and youth support worker, you must report any incidents that cause harm to clients via the Client Incident Management System (CIMS). CIMS is a government-funded system to protect people from abuse, poor treatment, trauma, or injury. All major or non-major incidents or allegations of abuse must be reported.
